Take a ring that fits well. Measure the internal diameter in millimeters. Avoid measuring the outer edge, as the thickness of the metal will skew your sizing results.

If your knuckle is significantly larger than your finger base, choose a size that slides over the joint with slight resistance. The ring should not spin freely once seated.
